    Delegate Butler moves to amend the Bill on page ten on line one hundred sixty two in subdivision one immediately following the word “beliefs” by striking the word “and”

AND

on line one hundred sixty three in subdivision (2) immediately following the word “beliefs” by inserting the words “and affiliations”

AND

inserting the following new subdivisions

(3) any data collected through affective computing;

(4) any data concerning the sexual orientation or beliefs about sexual orientation of the student or any student’s family member; and

(5) any data concerning firearm’s ownership by any member of a student’s family
